Delivery Charges
If the customer received the correct item as ordered and still requests an exchange, delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
If the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect, Twinkling Charm will review the case and guide the customer regarding the return or replacement process.
Customers may be required to send the product back for evaluation. Delivery charges for returning the product may be borne by the customer unless otherwise approved by Twinkling Charm.
Claims
